Come and join us this weekend. Irvine Model Boat Club will have a static display of their model boats and hopefully, weather permitting, have their vessels sailing in the outside pond.
How about seeing a 40ft long working model train, thanks to the Kilmarnock Model Railway Club? Other supporters include the RNLI teaching safety at sea and Coastwatch who do an enormous amount of voluntary work within Irvine Harbourside and other surrounding areas. Kids can make a bird feeder at the RSPB stand as well as listening and talking to other radio stations throughout Europe thanks to Ayr Amateur Radio Group.
Event runs from 11am to 4pm on both the Saturday and Sunday. Usual museum admissions apply.
